Honoring a Legacy

Real skills, real mentorship, and real opportunity for young people who deserve a genuine shot at building their future.

Henry Mason spent his life proving that the right opportunity can change everything. Through mentorship, hands-on education, and a genuine desire to make people feel seen, Mason Legacy for Learning carries that work forward.

FLAGSHIP PROGRAM

CORE Culinary Academy

Over six weeks in a working kitchen, young people ages 11–18 learn more than how to cook. They learn accountability, focus, and what it means to show up. Skills that transfer far beyond the kitchen, into school, work, and life.

SCHOLARSHIPS & APPRENTICESHIPS

Beyond the Kitchen

Ability, Not Circumstance

Financial barriers should not decide who gets to learn. Our scholarship program supports young people with demonstrated commitment. Applicants reflect on the role of education and financial responsibility in their lives, because Henry believed both were essential to building a future. Awards are tied to GPA and continued academic effort. Interested in applying? Reach out to learn more.

Real Work, Real Mentors, Real Experience

For students ready to take the next step, our apprenticeship program connects graduates with working culinary professionals, turning classroom skills into a career foundation and opening doors to employment in the industry. Interested in applying? Reach out to learn more.

WHY IT MATTERS

Education Changes Trajectories

Henry Mason lived by a simple conviction: knowledge is power. He believed that when you invest in a young person's education, you change more than their future. Every program and scholarship this foundation creates is a direct extension of that belief. Your donation carries his work forward.
